We are fully aware that if we do not treat you right the first time, you're not coming back, plain and simple. We stock all of our products in our Blaine, MN warehouse and our goal is to never be out of stock on any item but in the event you place an order and we are unable to ship immediately for any reason, we will contact you at the contact information you provided the next business day. If for any reason we cannot ship your items ordered in two business days from the order date, we will offer you the option of waiting until that item is available or a complete refund.
